Aspasios Charming Flats - Barcelona

The main bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the rear of the building, which adds a nice touch to the room. As someone who enjoys a bit of fresh air and natural light, this was a pleasant feature for me.

Personally, I found the apartment to be a bit on the smaller side. But, of course, this is just my own subjective opinion, and others may still find it perfectly enjoyable.

Stayed here with my small kid and overall loved this apartment. They offered smooth check-in. Location was marvellous, relatively near The Boat.

Well, the bathroom was too small.

it was particularly good and fantastic close to the metro. room was comfy with an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and an individual safe. i had easy check-in. staff was amiable and nice and i loved that.

Great place to relax on the private terrace, cozy atmosphere with wooden beamed ceilings. Just loved it!

Oh dear, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. I guess I'll just have to enjoy the sunshine and the rustic vibes instead.

Had a pleasant stay for a family vacation. Reasonably large room had very clean bed and was complete with the bedroom, balcony, large terrace. Included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, all very handy. It was located in a shopping area very close to Poble Sec metro station...

We truly enjoyed spacious rooms. The setting was great and awesome.

Mind-blowing location, with a jaw-dropping 2-minute walk to the metro. Super cozy apartment with a functional kitchen, but who needs it when there are AMAZING cafes and bakeries all around? The terrace was perfect for an afternoon siesta. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The Sant Antoni Market was just 10 minutes away for fresh food. a super satisfying stay!

Was great place to stay in Barcelona. Staff was wonderful, helped us with everything. It was super near Metro station. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there for a family vacation👍

Rooms were very cramped.

Recently stayed at Charming Flats by Aspasios for a few days. The attic on the top floor had a great layout and a well-equipped kitchen. Loved the consumables kit in the kitchen and the awesome central location. The sunny terrace and small balcony provided great views. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and free wifi. The staff was helpful and flexible, making check-in smooth. a cozy and convenient place to stay.

The location was perfect, with a bakery just outside and the metro station only 100 meters away. Despite some street noise, it didn't affect my sleep, and being in the heart of the city was a big plus. The apartment itself was clean, well-laid out, and the beds were comfortable with high-quality linen. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, made my stay even more pleasant. The communication with the servicing team was smooth, and they even went the extra mile to fulfill my special request for an invoice. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Barcelona.

My partner and I stayed at Charming Flats for a few days and it was fantastic. We were greeted by Alvaro, who was incredibly helpful and checked us in as early as possible. He even allowed us to store our luggage while we waited for our apartment. The location was great, with lots of nearby attractions and a metro station close by. Jesus provided us with a helpful guide of what to see in the city. The apartment itself was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for our stay. a very pleasant experience.

Conveniently located near public transportation, supermarkets, and restaurants. Easy check-in process with professional host. Well-equipped studio with good WiFi and clean amenities. Responsive communication with efficient servicing team. Overall exceeded expectations and would choose again.

Noise from nearby bars/restaurants.

A delightful stay with plenty of rustic charm and a private terrace to soak up the Barcelona sun. Customer service and check-in were a breeze. Just watch out for the "cozy" feeling when the wood beamed ceilings make you feel a bit claustrophobic. Hilarious!

The value for money at Charming Flats was excellent. The room was cozy, well-equipped, and even had a lovely terrace. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, nearby attractions, and plenty of dining options. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.
